If you are looking for a no-nonsense made-to-measure powerboat, Euroship Services may well be your ideal port of call. The yard builds small work vessels and tour boats as well as solid and practical yachts with the retro look of a commercial vessel. The boats are provided in various stages of completion: from build package to shell construction, from technically ready-to-sail to fully equipped yachts, anything is possible at Euroship Services.
Located in the village of Heerewaarden in the Dutch province of Gelderland, Euroship Services is a family business run by Kees Cornelissen, his son Glenn and a team of professionals. Although the yard builds large vessels, it maintains a close and painstaking attention to detail. Having produced 50 different boats so far, Euroship Services can hardly be called a standard mass producer: the company provides a wide choice of affordable vessels, each of which exudes a rare passion and craft.
To maintain a high degree of quality, Euroship Services never outsources activities for which it has the necessary knowledge and experience in-house. From design to delivery, the yard provides everything at the highest level in one location. In addition, it gives clients lots of opportunities for input, whether it is designing a shell construction or a complete ready-to-sail vessel. Boats by Euroship Services always comply with the clients’ exact wishes. And no two Euroships are the same – each has its own unique character.
Supplier for leisure sailing and yards
Euroship Services has clients from all over Europe and even regularly provides build packages or shell constructions for other yacht-building yards, large and small. Using a computer to generate build packages that are then carefully produced, the yard delivers fast and inexpensive tailor-made products.
The Luxe Motor specialist
In 2000, Euroship Services introduced its first own line: the Luxe Motor. Available in lengths from 13.50 to 30 metres, it was an instant hit. Since the delivery of the first Luxe Motor 1800, the yard has realised over 150 boats in this series as a build package, shell construction or ready-to-sail yacht. The Luxe Motor 1500 is the most popular model in the series, offering the most living space on a licence-exempt yacht.
The all-round Meander
Another Euroship Services design is the Meander, an all-round boat designed for European inland and coastal waters that is available in a variety of sizes. Its smart underwater section provides a wealth of inside space. The well-known Meander 1700 in particular has a voluminous interior, making it perfect for long trips or permanent residence. The integrated hydraulic crane and garage allow a motorcycle, small car or tender to easily be brought on board.
The double-decker Deksalon
Another popular model is the spacious Deksalon 2000 with a double deck. Its maximum clearance of 3.45 metres makes it suitable for sailing the French inland waterways, while the aft deck, large saloon & galley and second living area below deck are ideal for long or even permanent stays on board – there are almost 100 m² of living space on this vessel, despite it being just shy of 20 metres in length.
Euroship Services welcomes ideas for designs, including very specific ones. It is even possible to provide a design sketch for a yacht which the yard can further elaborate and build.
Welcome to the yard
For those who would like to take a look at the yard and its products, without any obligation to buy, Euroship Services makes appointments for tours or taking a boat for a sail on the river Meuse.
